・Those who are not members can purchase tickets only if tickets become available on the day of the event. Details on how to purchase tickets will be announced later.
・Upon entry, we will check your ID and the SEIYOUTUBE membership registration screen. Please have the membership registration screen open and wait. Screenshots and printed copies are invalid.
* If it is discovered that an account has been lent or borrowed, or that someone is impersonating another person, entry will be refused.
* Resale for profit and purchase of tickets from resellers are prohibited.
* Tickets found to be resold or purchased from resellers will be invalidated. Please be aware of this.
* Video recording will take place, so please be aware that you may appear in the footage.
* Opening and performance times may change due to various circumstances. No refunds will be given for ticket prices, transportation costs, etc., in such cases. Please understand this in advance.
* There is no cloakroom at the venue.

*When using your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) as identification, please present only the front side (the side with the photograph). Please be careful not to present the back side (the side with your individual number printed on it). Please note that we will not look at the back of your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) during identity verification.
*The Individual Number (My Number) Notification Card (a paper card without a photograph with your individual number printed on it) cannot be used as identification.
If you do not possess any of the above (1) to (8),
we will verify your identity using either method [A] or [B] below.
[A]: Please bring two "official identification documents."
[B]: Please bring one "official identification document" and one or more "items with your name printed on them."
(Entry is not permitted with only one "official identification document.")
[What are official identification documents?] *One document is not sufficient. Two of the following are required for verification:
Health insurance card, copy of resident registration certificate, family register transcript, family register extract, seal registration certificate, pension book
*All official identification documents must be presented in their original, officially issued state.
Furthermore, resident registration certificates, family register transcripts, and family register extracts must have been issued within the last six months.
[What are items with your name printed on them?] *One item is not sufficient.
In addition to the above, one other official identification document is absolutely required for verification.
Examples: employee ID cards, student ID cards without photos, credit cards, cash cards.
*Utility bills (electricity/water, etc.) and various types of mail are not accepted, even if they have your name printed on them.
*Recording and photography are strictly prohibited inside the venue. If such behavior is discovered, you may be asked to leave or the performance may be cancelled.
*Please note that it may take some time to respond to your inquiries. Also, we may not be able to individually respond to inquiries regarding the details of the event, such as expressions, interpretations, and planning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
